AUTHOR'S GUIDELINES


It is essential that all authors strictly follow the guidelines and formatting instructions for both preparation and submission of all papers. Each paper will be screened to ensure compliance with ICETISD-2025 guidelines
The paper will be subjected to peer-review and if the paper is accepted, the author will be requested to register and submit the full paper which will be published in the pre – conference proceedings.

Please read below instructions carefully prior to submitting your research Paper

• Each paper can only be submitted to ONE track.
• The papers should present new and original research results from empirical investigation, or from theory and model development.
• Submission should be formatted in Times New Roman, font size 12 points, with a margin of 1.5 cm and line spacing of 1.5 points.
• The full papers should be between 8-10 pages in length, approximately 3000-4000 words (including references).
• The reference style must adhere to APA guidelines.
• The author must submit an extended abstract of about 300-500 words with keywords (3-6) and references. The abstract shall consist of background information, objectives, materials and methods, summary of findings and conclusion etc. Upon acceptance, the authors are required to submit the full-length paper.
• All submissions must include a title, author names, and affiliation, along with a abstract, keywords, introduction, body of text, conclusion, acknowledgements (if necessary), and references.
• All submissions must be in MS Word format, not PDF.
• At least one author must register for the conference before 14th November for inclusion of the paper in the pre-conference proceedings. Without registration fee the paper will not be included in the pre- conference proceedings.
• All articles will undergo a plagiarism check before acceptance.
• All accepted papers will be published in a conference volume with ISBN.
• Selected papers will be considered for publication in Journal.

Peer Review Process


The full-length papers will be subjected to peer-review by the conference editorial committee and notified to the contributor (s) as per the time schedule. This usually involves review by at least two independent, expert peer reviewers. Conference papers must meet all the usual standards of quality for conference proceedings and journal publications.
The paper will be subjected to peer-review and if the paper is accepted, the author will be requested to register and submit the full paper which will be published in the pre – conference proceedings.

The following conventions should be respected:

• Reviewers should review the peer review policy of the ICETISD-2025 before revealing their reviewer role.
• Reviewers should decline to review manuscripts with which they believe they have a competing interest resulting from competitive, collaborative, or other relationships or connections with any of the authors, companies, or institutions connected to the papers.
• Reviewers shall give a clear statement of recommendation for each paper.
• Editors and Organisers shall only accept papers where there is clear support from the reviewers



Reviewers will consider the following key points related to scientific content, quality and presentation of the papers:



Technical Criteria


-Scientific merit: notably scientific rigour, accuracy and correctness
-Clarity of expression; communication of ideas; readability and discussion of concepts
-Sufficient discussion of the context of the work, and suitable referencing

Quality Criteria


-Originality: Is the work relevant and novel?
-Motivation: Does the problem considered have a sound motivation? All papers should clearly demonstrate the scientific interest of the results
-Repetition: Have significant parts of the manuscript already been published?
-Length: Is the content of the work of sufficient scientific interest to justify its length?

Presentation Criteria


-Title: Is it adequate and appropriate for the content of the article?
-Abstract: Does it contain the essential information of the article? Is it complete? Is it suitable for inclusion by itself in an abstracting service?
-Diagrams, figures, tables and captions: Are they essential and clear?
-Text and mathematics: Are they brief but still clear? If you recommend shortening, please suggest what should be removed
-Conclusion: Does the paper contain a clear conclusion. The conclusion should summarise what has been learned and why it is interesting and useful?
